Removal



Remove the battery.

Disconnect the connector (1).

Lift up the brake fluid reservoir filter.

Empty the brake fluid reservoir using a syringe.

Gearboxes BE4R and MA5



Move aside the feed pipe (5) of the clutch hydraulic drive.

Move aside the feed pipe (5) of the clutch hydraulic drive.


Close the hole in the clutch drive tube with a plug.

Remove the cotter pin (2) securing the tank (3) and remove it.

Disconnect the brake pipes (4).

Close the openings of the master cylinder and brake pipes with plugs.

Close the openings of the master cylinder and brake pipes with plugs.


Loosen the nuts (6) and remove the master brake cylinder (7).

Loosen the nuts (6) and remove the master brake cylinder (7).





Installation



Replace the sealing gasket (8).

Replace the sealing gasket (8).


Install the parts in reverse order.

Bleed the brake system.
