Remove the front lower control arm (see the corresponding operation).

Removal (rear silent block)



Mark the angular position of the rear silent block on the lower suspension arm (in area "a").

Mark the angular position of the rear silent block on the lower suspension arm (in area «a»).


Install tools [1], [2] on the rear silent block (1).

Remove the silent block (1) using a press.

Removal (front silent block)



Install tools [1], [2] on the front silent block (2).



Remove the silent block (2) using a press.

Remove the silent block (2) using a press.
Remove the silent block (2) using a press.


Attention. Silent blocks are installed with tension in the suspension arm. Silent blocks must be installed with pressing force.


If one of the silent blocks is installed with a gap (loosely), replace the suspension arm.

Installation (rear silent block)



Attention: Observe the positioning of the silent blocks in relation to the suspension arm.


Install the silent block (1).

Install tools [1], [3], [2] on the rear silent block.

Insert the silent block (1) into the press until the tool [3] stops against the lower front suspension arm.

Remove tools [2], [3], [1].

Remove tools [2], [3], [1].





Installation (front silent block)



Install the silent block (2).

Install tools [1], [4], [2] on the front silent block.

Insert the silent block (2) into the press until the tool [4] stops against the lower front suspension arm.

Remove tools [2], [4], [1].

Remove tools [2], [4], [1].


Install the lower front control arm.
