Special devices:
1 - Ball joint puller 0709;
2 - lever for separating the ball joints of the steering knuckle 0622.
Removal
Raise and block the vehicle, raising the front wheels.
Remove:
- front wheels;
- front mudguards;
- protection under the engine.
Disconnect the battery.
Turn away (on each side): nuts (1) and (2) and bolt with nut (3).

Disconnect:
- using the device [2] the lower ball joint of the steering knuckle (on each side);
- using the device [1] ball pin;
- anti-roll bar link arm.
Unscrew the bolt (4).
Disconnect the steering column from the steering gear by pulling in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Disconnect the connectors (in area "a").

Remove the exhaust system connections (5).

Remove the clamp (6).

Remove the exhaust system hangers (7).

Loosen the bolts (8) and remove the engine mount torque bracket (9).

Loosen bolts (11), (12) (on each side).
Remove the front subframe cross member (14).
Move the impact energy absorber (10).
Remove the front subframe frames (13) (on each side) and a beam.
Install a lifting device to support the subframe.

Loosen the bolts (15) (on each side) and remove the sub-engine frame (16).
Caution: Hold the drive shafts in their operating position to prevent oil from spilling out of the gearbox.
Installation
Install the sub-engine frame (16) in place and tighten the bolts (15) to a torque of 85 ±8 Nm.

Install the front subframe front frame (13) (on each side).
Install the impact energy absorber (10) to the front of the subframe.
Reinstall:
- bolts (11) (on each side);
- front subframe cross member (14);
- bolts (12) (on each side), tighten to 95 ±15 Nm;
- beam, tighten to 66 ±7 Nm;
- jet bracket (9) for engine mount;
- bolts (8), tighten to a torque of 60 ±6 Nm.

Remove the exhaust system hangers (7).
Install the clamp (6) in place and tighten to a torque of 25 ±4 Nm.
Install to the exhaust system connection point (5), tighten to a torque of 10 ±3 Nm.
Connect the connectors (in area "a").
Connect the steering column to the steering gear.
Tighten the bolt (4) to a torque of 22 ±5 Nm.
Connect the lower ball joint of the steering knuckle using the tool [2] (on each side).
Replace the bolt and nut (3) (on each side), tighten to a torque of 40 ±4 Nm.
Connect the steering rod ball joint.
Replace the nut (1) and tighten to a torque of 35 ±3 Nm.
Connect the stabilizer bar link.
Replace the nut (2) and tighten to a torque of 36 ±5 Nm.
Connect the battery.
Install:
- protection under the engine;
- front mudguards;
- front wheels.
