Removal
Raise and block the car, raising the front wheels. Remove the wheel.
Loosen the steering knuckle ball joint bolt (1).
Move the suspension arm to the ball joint level.
Loosen the bolts (2) and remove the lower suspension arm (3).
Installation
Insert the lower arm (3) with its silent blocks and ball joint. Tighten the bolts (2) to a torque of 110±11 Nm.
Insert the lower control arm ball joint into the steering knuckle (protect the ball joint from damage).
Install the ball joint mounting bolt (1) with a new nut.
Tighten the nut to 40±4 Nm.
Tighten the wheel bolts.
Lower the car.
