Tighten the bolts (44).

Install the upper right support

Install the engine and gearbox and the gearbox support (45) of the engine (46).

Tighten bolts (42), (43). Install the fastening (36) of the active support to the gearbox. Install the stabilizer bar (35).

Fasten the engine mounts with the gearbox assembly in pairs.

Fasten the engine mounts with the gearbox assembly in pairs.


Remove the lifting table [2] from under the vehicle.

Remove the tools [3], [4].

Install the exhaust system into the front and intermediate mounts. Install the exhaust hose clamp (tightening torque 2.5 Nm). Install the cooling compressor (39).

Fasten the air conditioning compressor mounts (38) in pairs.

Install the accessory drive belt (see the corresponding operation).

Connect the electrical connectors of the air conditioning compressor (39) (in the "m" zone).

Install the hydraulic clutch mechanism (41).

Connect the water tube to the water pump inlet (in the "n" zone).

Install:
  • safety beam (34) (fasten in pairs);
  • subframe extensions (33), (37) (fasten in pairs);

Front frame (32) (fasten in pairs);
  • cooling radiator (31) and fasteners 30.

Install the air conditioner condenser (29) without damaging the tubes.



Fastening the tubes (27) of the air conditioner condenser.

Install the mount (28) of the air conditioner condenser (29) (on the cooling system cassette).

Secure the hood lock cable.

Connect:
  • electrical connector (26) (engine Cooling Generator Block);
  • electrical connectors (24), (25) (generator relay).

Install and connect the radiator bleed tube (23) (in the area "l" and "k"). Connect:
  • inlet and outlet heater hoses (in zones "f" and "g").

Lower and upper radiator hoses (in areas "h" and "j").

Install the cross member (21).

Tighten bolts (20) and (22) (tightening torque 20 Nm).

Install the crossbar (18).

Tighten the bolts (17), (19) (tightening torque 20 Nm).

Connect the transmission ground cable connected to the chassis.

Install the brake booster vacuum line.

Note: Remove the protective plugs [5] from the fuel system supply and return pipes (15), (16).


Connect the fuel pipes (15), (16).

Install the electrical harness bracket (13).

Connect the engine wiring harness (14) (in area "d") and the electrical harness (12) from the terminal block (in areas "b" and "c").

Caution: Remove the plug from the inlet of the supply air distributor.

Install:
  • air filter housing (11);
  • intermediate support (10);
  • bolts (9);
  • battery box.

Secure the electrical harnesses to the battery bracket (about the help of new clamps).

Install:
  • battery;
  • Engine ECU.

Connect the connectors (engine ECU power supply electrical harnesses).

Install:
  • air filter cover (8);
  • screws (6), (7) for fastening the air cleaner cover;
  • air supply tube (4);
  • air supply tube mounting bolt (5);
  • air resonator (3).

Connect the vacuum tube (in area "a").



Install:
  • gearbox controls;
  • drive shafts;
  • front bumper;
  • front optical units.

Fill and bleed the cooling system (see below).

Connect the battery.

Install the protective cover (1) and the battery cover (2).

Read the contents of the self-diagnostic memory.

Start the engine.

Check for abnormal noise.

Check for leaks.
