- turn off the ignition and disconnect the ground wire from the battery;
- open the front door;
- to support the door, secure it to a special CELETTE support;
- if there is no special support, remove the door with two people;
- open the door and support it with a jack through a wooden block;

- unscrew bolt 2 (figure 10.6) and remove the door opening limiter;
- remove the door hinge axle clamps;
- remove the protective corrugated cover from the front pillar and disconnect the electrical connector 1;
- knock out the axles of 3 door hinges using a special axle puller 1355-B or a punch;
- remove the front door from the car.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:

- if the door hinges were removed from the door, replace them with new ones when installing;
- connect the ground wire to the battery;
- check the functionality of electrical equipment;
- initiate all electronic systems.
