If you want to leave your pet or simply an open window in your car when leaving it, you should only use the perimeter control feature while you are away.

To enable only the vehicle perimeter monitoring feature, do the following:
  • turn off the ignition;

Figure 1.2. Location of the anti-theft system button (1)

  • no later than 10 seconds have passed, press button 1 (see figure 1.2), the control lamp should light up and remain lit continuously;
  • get out of the car;
  • turn on the anti-theft system (blocking or complete blocking) using the remote control (the control lamp of button 1 will start flashing every second).

If the anti-theft system is activated but does not respond to the remote control signal, do the following:
  • unlock the doors with the key and open the door - a siren will sound;
  • within 10 seconds, insert the key into the ignition switch - the siren will turn off.

Serviceability check

If, when the ignition is turned on, the control lamp of button 1 lights up for 10 seconds, this means that the anti-theft system siren is poorly connected.

Contact a Peugeot service station to have the system checked.
