- set of plugs 0188-T;
- sODIMAC solvent No.35 (supplied as spare parts);
- brush;
- cleaning tank.
Remove the fuel filter in the following order:
- disconnect the negative battery cable;
- remove the protection under the power unit;
- place a container under the engine to collect liquids;

- unscrew the bleed bolt 1 (figure 4.86);
- clean the fuel filter fittings;

- disconnect tubes 3 and 5 (figure 4.87);
- wait until the diesel fuel has completely drained;
- close the holes with plugs 2 using the device;
- close the tubes 4 on the fuel filter;

- install 22mm bushing (figure 4.88) on the lid;
- press the lid down and turn it a quarter turn at the same time;

- remove cover 1 (figure 4.89);
- remove corrugated washer 2;
- remove filter element 3;
- remove seal 4 of the fuel filter.
Clean the fuel filter in the following order:
- wait until the fuel stops flowing out of the fuel filter housing 5;
- disconnect the tubes under the filter element housing;
- close the holes with plugs using the device;
- release from the clamps and lift the fuel filter housing;
- remove fuel filter 3;
- pour the recommended cleaning solution into the tank;
- clean the fuel filter with a tool;
- dry the fuel filter before reinstalling.
Attention! Use only RESISTEL material (supplied as spare parts), do not use compressed air.
Install the fuel filter in the following order:
- install a new filter element 3;
- install corrugated washer 2;

- install cover 1;
Attention! Place the cover 1 (figure 4.90) and tubes 2 perpendicular to the engine (so that the mark A is located on the air filter side).
- install a 22mm bushing on the cover;
- press on cover 1 and at the same time turn it a quarter of a turn;
- remove fixture 1 (see figure 4.87);
- connect tubes 3 and 5;
- connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery;
- carry out programming of all electronic devices of the car;
- fill the filter with fuel by turning the ignition on and off several times (about 6 times);
- check for fuel leaks after starting the engine.
