Removal
Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the timing belt.
Remove the water pump mounting bolts.
Remove the water pump.
Remove the water pump seal.
Installation
Use special compound D2 to clean the surface under the sealing gasket.
Install the water pump with a new gasket.

Tighten the pump mounting bolts by hand, then in the sequence shown in the figure 4.27, tighten the bolts to 10 Nm.
Install the timing belt.
Fill with coolant and bleed it.
Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
