Removal
Caution: Use chalk, marker, or paint to mark the direction of rotation of the accessory drive belt. If the accessory drive belt rotates in the opposite direction during installation, it will fail.
Remove the protective cover.

Special device 2 (figure 4.13) press the dynamic tensioner tension roller in a lever-like motion, which will decrease the belt tension.
Use special pin 1 to secure the dynamic tensioner in this position.
Remove the accessory drive belt from the pulleys.
Installation
Check that the roller rotates evenly and smoothly.
Place the belt on the crankshaft and accessory pulleys and lastly on the dynamic tensioner tensioner pulley.
Make sure the belt is properly positioned on all pulleys and roller.

Press on tool 2, remove special pin 1 and remove tool 2, while the dynamic tensioner tension roller will tension the accessory drive belt.
