- remove the gearbox together with the clutch;
- lock the flywheel from turning with a special device;
- unscrew the flywheel mounting bolts;
Note: When installing the flywheel, use only new bolts.
- remove the flywheel.
Check the technical condition of the flywheel, which must meet the following requirements:
- no scratches, scoring or other damage on the flywheel surface on the side of the driven clutch disc are allowed;
- the flywheel ring teeth should not be heavily worn.
Install the flywheel in the following order:

- clean the mating surfaces of the flywheel and crankshaft;
- make sure the locating pin is in place;
- install the flywheel on the crankshaft and screw in the mounting bolts;
- lock the flywheel from turning using a special device and tighten the mounting bolts to the required torque;
- complete subsequent installation in the reverse order of removal.
