Replacing the outer tailgate handle (Peugeot 307)

To remove the outer tailgate handle:

• remove the trunk lid trim;

• remove screws 1 (figure 10.30) fastenings of the support of the outer handle of the luggage compartment door;
• disconnect electrical connector 2;
• remove the decorative element of the outer handle support of the luggage compartment door from the outside of the door;

• remove seal 1 (figure 10.31) and handle 2 of the trunk door;

• remove button 1 (figure 10.32) tailgate handles.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:

• check the functionality of electrical equipment.
