- lower the glass down to the stop;
- remove the lower seal of the outer part of the glass;
- remove the lower molding seal;
- remove the rear door upholstery panel;
- from the inside of the door, peel off the upper part of the dust and moisture protective film;

- remove the inner handle 5 (see fig. 10.20) opening the door by pulling it towards the door hinges;
- release from the clamps the rod 1 of the inner handle for opening the door;
- remove the protective plate 3 from scratches;
- if the vehicle has a manual window regulator, install the window regulator handle;
- raise the glass so that the bolt 5 of the glass fastening appears in the hole B of the inner panel of the door;
- Turn out bolts 2 fastenings of a back directing glass;
- Turn out bolts 5 fastenings of glass to a window lifter;
- manually lift the glass up to the stop and secure it with adhesive tape;
- lower the power window mechanism to the lower position;
- lower the glass down to the stop;
- protect the front of the glass frame by sticking adhesive tape on it;

- start removing the glass through the outer part of the door, lifting it up and removing the back of the glass from the door (pic. 10.21).
To install rear door glass:
- fix the dust and moisture protection film, which must be installed without wrinkles or tears. The surface on which the dust and moisture protective film is glued must be perfectly clean;
- Carry out further installation in the reverse order of removal.
