- remove the trunk lid trim;

- unscrew bolts 1 (figure 10.33) tailgate lock fasteners;
- disconnect the electrical connector from the lock;
- remove lock 2, having first squeezed the locking latches on the sides.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. After installation, check the functionality of the lock and its electric drive.
