- raise and secure the car, while hanging the rear wheels;
Attention! Do not lift the vehicle using the middle of the rear suspension beam as a support.
- remove the rear wheels;
- under the car, remove the two plastic protective covers;

- disconnect the ABS sensor 1 electrical connector (pic. 6.27);
- to reduce the loss of brake fluid, remove the cap from the compensatory reservoir of the brake system, close the neck of the reservoir with polyethylene and screw the cap back on. This is necessary so that the lid hermetically closes the expansion tank.
- clamp the rear brake hoses with a clamp;

- unscrew the brake hoses 1 (pic. 6.28), connecting the brake pipelines on the rear beam and the body;
- close the ends of the brake pipelines with suitable plugs;
- release the parking brake cable from clip 2;

- disconnect cable 1 (pic. 6.29) parking brake from calipers on the rear brake calipers;
- remove the rear suspension springs;
- install a jack with a cross member 0007 under the rear suspension beam to hang the beam and raise it so that the weight of the beam is taken by the jack;

- remove four bolts 1 (pic. 6.30) fixing the support brackets of the rear suspension beam;
- being careful, lower the rear suspension beam and remove it from under the car.
To install the rear suspension beam:

- install centering bolts 0542 1 (pic. 6.31) on each side of the body;
- raise and lower the rear suspension beam so that the support brackets are guided into place using the centering bolts;
- unscrew the centering bolts 0542 1 (see fig. 6.31) through the technological holes in the support brackets;
- screw in bolts 1 (see fig. 6.30) fastening the support brackets of the rear suspension beam and tighten them to a torque of 62 Nm;
- reinstall the rear suspension springs;
- connect brake hoses;
- connect the electrical connectors of the ABS sensors and secure the parking brake cable with a clip;
- remove air from the brake system;
- install two plastic protective covers under the car;
- set the car suspension to the middle position;
- tighten the bolts and nuts of the lower mounting of the shock absorbers to 57 Nm;
- install the wheels and fasten them with bolts, tightening with a torque of 90 Nm.
