- raise and secure the car, while hanging the rear wheels;
- remove the rear wheels;
- remove the brake pads and brake disc;
- turn out bolts and remove a protective casing of a back brake;
- unscrew the nut of the rear wheel hub;

- install the support insert 2 on the hub axle, fix the grips of the puller 3 on the hub and remove the hub 1 (pic. 6.37) off axis;

- install the support insert 2 on the hub axle, fasten the grips of the puller 3 on the inner race 1 of the hub bearing and remove the hub bearing (pic. 6.38) from the axle.
Attention! The hub and bearing are a non-separable unit, so it must be replaced each time it is removed.
To install the rear wheel hub:
- clean the hub axle;

- screw on guide bushing 0617-J 1 (pic. 6.39) on the axle of the hub;
- install a new hub with bearing on the guide bush 0617-J 1;
- screw the ring nut 0617-K onto the guide bush 0617-J until the bearing hub 3 (see fig. 6.39) will not reach the stop;
- remove ring nut 0617-K and guide bush 0617-J;
- lubricate the threads and mating surface of the new collar nut and secure the hub by tightening the nut to 210 Nm. Lock the nut by caulking the collar of the nut into the groove of the axle;
- install the rear brake guard;
- install the brake disc and secure it with a bolt, tightening it with a torque of 10 Nm;
- install brake pads;
- install wheels.
