- remove the rear suspension beam from the car;
- unscrew the nut and remove the bolt securing the support bracket to the rear suspension beam;

- install the guide element/support 0543-B 3 onto the rear suspension beam support bracket (figure 6.34), tie rod bolt 0543-C 1 and cone 0543-E 2 for pressing out;
- by screwing in the 0543-C 1 rod bolt, press out the hinge from the rear suspension beam support bracket;
- remove guide element/support 0543-B 3 (see Figure 6.34), tie rod bolt 0543-C 1 and cone 0543-E 2 from the rear suspension beam support bracket.
To install the front hinge of the rear suspension beam:

- install the hinge thrust plate 0543-A 4, the guide element/support 0543-B 1, the guide rod 0543-F 3 and 2 bolts 0543-G 2 (figure 6.35) on a new hinge;
- tighten bolts 0543-G 2 with medium force;

- install the hinge with the fittings on the support bracket and secure with the guide plate 0543-D 2 and the rod bolt 0543-C 1 (figure 6.36);
- insert guide rod 0543-F 3 (see Figure 6.35) into the hole marked R for the right lever, or into the hole marked L for the left lever;
- press the hinge into the support bracket, for which tighten the tie rod bolt 0543-C 1 (see Figure 6.36) all the way;
- remove all tools used to press in the hinge;
- install the support bracket onto the beam and secure it with a bolt and a new nut, without tightening them completely;
- install the rear suspension beam on the car;
- set the car's suspension to the middle position;
- tighten the bolts and nuts securing the support brackets to the rear suspension beam to a torque of 75 N·m.
