- remove the rear suspension beam from the car;
- unscrew the nut and remove the bolt securing the support bracket to the rear suspension beam;

- install the guide/support 0543-B on the support bracket of the rear suspension beam 3 (pic. 6.34), rod bolt 0543-C 1 and cone 0543-E 2 for pressing out;
- while screwing in the linkage bolt 0543-C 1, press the hinge out of the support bracket of the rear suspension beam;
- remove guide/support 0543-B 3 (see fig. 6.34), tie rod bolt 0543-C 1 and cone 0543-E 2 from the rear suspension beam support bracket.
To install the rear suspension beam front pivot:

- install hinge stop plate 0543-A 4, guide/support 0543-B 1, guide rod 0543-F 3 and 2 bolts 0543-G 2 (pic. 6.35) on a new hinge;
- tighten bolts 0543-G 2 medium;

- install the hinge with tools on the support bracket and secure with guide plate 0543-D 2 and linkage bolt 0543-C 1 (pic. 6.36);
- insert guide rod 0543-F 3 (see fig. 6.35) into the hole marked R for the right lever, or into the hole marked L for the left lever;
- press the hinge into the support bracket, for which tighten the linkage bolt 0543-C 1 (see fig. 6.36) all the way;
- remove all the tools used to press the hinge;
- install the support bracket on the beam and secure with a bolt and a new nut, do not completely tighten them;
- install the rear suspension beam on the car;
- set the car suspension to the middle position;
- tighten the bolts and nuts securing the support brackets to the rear suspension beam to a torque of 75 Nm.
