Replacing the license plate light (Peugeot 307)

To remove the license plate light:

• disconnect the ground wire from the battery;
• open the trunk door;
• remove the trim from the trunk door;
• remove the decorative trim from the tailgate handle;
• disconnect the electrical connector from the license plate light;

• remove the license plate light 1 (figure 9.15), after pressing on the side latches.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:

• connect the ground wire to the battery;
• check the functionality of the high brake light;
• initiate all electronic systems.
