To remove the high brake light:
  • disconnect the ground wire from the battery;
  • open the trunk door;

  • release the fasteners 1 from the inside of the door (figure 9.13) high brake light mounts;
  • remove the high brake light from the socket by pressing on the bolts;
  • close the trunk door;

  • disconnect the electrical connector 1 from the high brake light (figure 9.14) and tube 2 of the rear window washer nozzle.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
  • connect the ground wire to the battery;
  • check the functionality of the high brake light;
  • initiate all electronic systems.
