- disconnect the ground wire from the battery;
- open the trunk door;

- release the fasteners 1 from the inside of the door (figure 9.13) high brake light mounts;
- remove the high brake light from the socket by pressing on the bolts;
- close the trunk door;

- disconnect the electrical connector 1 from the high brake light (figure 9.14) and tube 2 of the rear window washer nozzle.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- connect the ground wire to the battery;
- check the functionality of the high brake light;
- initiate all electronic systems.
