Filling cylinder

Drain
Note: The gearbox oil must be drained at a temperature of at least 60°C to remove any dirt suspended in the oil.
Oil is drained partially; it is impossible to completely drain the oil from the torque converter.
Remove the level check plug (2) and the oil drain and filler plug (1).
Note: The volume of oil after draining should be approximately 3 liters.
Filling with oil
Install the drain plug (1) and tighten to 9 Nm.
Remove the filler plug (3).
Install the filler tank.

Dry gearbox filling capacity: 5.85 l.
Amount of oil remaining after draining: about 3 l.
Amount of oil to fill: about 3L.
Install the filler plug (3) (new gasket) and tighten to 24 Nm.
Initialize the working fluid wear counter (follow the procedure specified in the diagnostic tool menu).
Checking the oil level
The car must be installed horizontally.
Check that the automatic transmission is not in emergency mode.

Remove the filler plug (3). Add an additional 0.5 liters of oil to the gearbox.
Press the brake pedal, shift through all gears.
Set the gear shift lever to position "P".
Bring the working fluid temperature to 60°C.
Remove the level plug (2).
Size X = 48 mm.
If the oil flows out in a stream and then begins to flow gradually in drops, install the level plug (2) (with a new gasket) and tighten to 33 Nm (AL4) and 10 Nm (AM6C).
If oil immediately starts to flow out in drops or does not flow out at all, install the level plug (2) and turn off the engine.
Add an additional 0.5 liters of oil to the gearbox.
Repeat the procedure to bring its level back to normal.
Install the level plug (2) (with a new gasket).

Install the filler plug (3) (with a new gasket).
Note: Excessively high oil level may cause abnormal oil heating and oil leakage.
Too low a level will result in gearbox failure.
