Handbrake lever - removal and installation
1. Block the front wheels and put the car in gear. Raise and support the rear of the machine. Disengage the handbrake.
2. Loosen the adjusting bushings of the handbrake cables where they come out of the floor of the machine.
3. Working in the cabin, unscrew and remove the fixing nuts and bolts and disconnect the handbrake cables from the equalizer.
4. Disconnect the handbrake warning light switch wiring and remove the handbrake lever from the machine.
5. The lever is installed in the reverse order. When finished, adjust the handbrake (see section 4).

6. Follow the instructions in paragraphs 1-3 (see above), remove the brake drums (see section 7) and disconnect the cables from the levers on the brake shoes.
7. Remove the cables by pulling them through the floor of the machine and the rear brake calipers.
8. Installation of cables is carried out in reverse order. Pre-lubricate the inner core of each cable in its sheath with universal grease, leaving dry the tips that are installed in the levers on the brake shoes.
9. When finished, adjust the handbrake (see section 4).
