Car suspension adjustment — general information (Peugeot 307)

Checking the installation angles of the front and rear wheels, as well as adjusting the installation angles of the front wheels and tightening the bolts and nuts securing the hinge elements of the front and rear suspension must be carried out on a vehicle with suspension units under a strictly defined load (middle suspension position).

Before setting the vehicle's suspension to the center position, check the tire pressure and balance the wheels.

To adjust the car's suspension to the middle position, it is necessary to use belts with rings or slings and a crossbar with screw mechanisms to compress the springs.

Place the car on a lift, with the wheels resting on the lift platforms.
