Testing device:
1 - manual pressure reducing pump type FACOM DA 16.
Checking the vacuum source (vacuum pump)
Align tool 1 with notch "a".
Start the engine.
The value should be equal to 1±0.2 bar.

Boost Pressure Control Solenoid Valve
Connect tool 1 to vacuum inlet "b" of solenoid valve (1).
Start the engine.
The value should be equal to 1±0.2 bar.

Cold air circuit solenoid valve
Connect tool 1 to the vacuum input "c" of the solenoid valve (2).
Start the engine.
Hot air circuit solenoid valve
Connect tool 1 to vacuum inlet "d" of solenoid valve (3).

Start the engine.
The value should be equal to 1±0.2 bar.

Checking the hot air supply
Remove the air pipes (4) and (5) and the air manifold (6).

Connect the device 1 to the hot air damper control tank in zone "e".
Apply a vacuum of about 0.7±0.2 bar (hot air damper "f" must be fully open).

Checking for hot air supply failure
Connect the device 1 to the hot air damper control tank at "g".
Apply a vacuum of approximately 0.65±0.2 bar (cold air flap "h" must be fully open).

Install the parts in reverse order.
