9. Drain liquid (see above) and unscrew the nut of the dipstick guide tube fitting.
10. Remove the screws and remove the pallet. Clean the inside of the tray and the magnet.
11. The filter is now open and can be removed by removing the 9 mounting bolts.
12. Separate the gasket from the valve block and remove the o-ring. Both of these parts must be replaced with new ones during assembly.
13. Discard the old mesh filter and install a new one in its frame. Install a new o-ring and a new gasket and attach the assembled filter to the underside of the valve block.
14. Insert and tighten the 9 mounting bolts, making sure that the bolts of a certain length go into their places and are tightened to the desired torque (see b/fig. 12.73 and the table below).
15. Install the pallet with a new gasket and gradually tighten its fixing screws to the desired torque.
16. Pour transmission fluid into the box (see above).
Bolt | X (mm) | Y (mm) | Torque (N·m) |
7 | 80 | 12 | 8 |
8 | 80 | 10 | b |
9 | 70 | 12 | 8 |
10 | 65 | 10 | 6 |
